CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT
The Construction Department is overseen by
the Construction Manager, who is responsible
for ensuring that all the required work
is completed to deadline, within budget, and
to the specifications set by the Consultant.
Construction Manager is also responsible for
coordinating the purchase of all the necessary
materials and tools required for the site
work. Construction Manager will ensure that
all the MEP Works have been completed
satisfactory as per Consultants requirement.
Project Engineer make sure that Project is
complete in all respect and take over clearance
certificate from DEWA, SEWA, FEWA,
Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, Civil
Defense & Dubai Municipality.

report for MEP services submitted to the
Consultants.
One year Maintenance Services to be maintained
after Final Handing over to Client. |
